My second visit to Posthotel Pfunds and everything was perfect. Beautiful room in the ‘Nebenhaus’. The staff are wonderful and the entire hotel is decorated in great traditional style. And you definitely will not go hungry. Don’t hesitate to stay here for a quality and telexing holiday.

We spent 4 nights there as a base for our motorcycle trip and I have to say everyone in our party was impressed with the service and attitude from the team.. The food was well presented and tasted great and the facilities were excellent. The bar was reasonably priced and once again the attention from the team was fantastic. Highly recommended and we will be back..

There was mold in the shower and it was very cold. The beds were creaky but otherwise quite comfortable. The dinners were completely tasteless. The only good thing about them were the desserts. The worst experience was the last dinner when the waiters walked around us and ignored us. It took them approximately 25 minutes to bring each course (the restaurant wasn't even fully booked, we had to order one soup twice). On the last night, we also had someone sleeping drunk outside our room door and snoring loudly. In the morning we found he was stubbing out a cigarette against our door. The wifi also did not work on the first floor above the reception. Unfortunately, never again, next time we will again choose the competing hotel Traube, which did not disappoint us in a single thing last year.
